Weekly Recap

It was a short but exciting and eventful week at Stimson Middle School, culminating in our much-anticipated Thanksgiving Break!
This week, Stimson's No Place for Hate Committee, with the valuable support of Mr. DeMartinis and Mr. Bouzas, organized a school-wide Pledge Signing event that took place during students' lunch periods. Students and staff came together to make a commitment to fostering kindness, respect, and inclusion throughout our school community. The event was a meaningful reminder of the importance of empathy and understanding.

In addition to the Pledge Signing, we proudly celebrated the achievements of six outstanding 7th and 8th graders, who were honored with P.R.I.D.E. Awards. These students were recognized for their dedication to the core values of Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence—qualities that make them shining examples for the entire school.

To round out the week, our halls and forum were transformed into a magical Winter Wonderland on Sunday, December 1st. The decorations brought joy and cheer to the entire Stimson community, spreading festive warmth and excitement as we head into the holiday season.

It has truly been a week full of spirit, kindness, and celebration at Stimson! We look forward to more moments of growth and joy as we continue through the school year.

Welcome to Breakfast at Stimson

This school year our Nutrition Program will be providing both breakfast and lunch meals at no charge to all of our students. For school arrival each morning, we have placed kiosks at the different entrances to the building; each one stocked with breakfast choices for our students. The locations were chosen to make sure everyone can "grab" a quick breakfast and be on their way to homeroom in a timely fashion.

Make your family mornings a bit less hectic and join us for breakfast !!
