These students will attend an awards ceremony Thurs June 5th at Half Hollow Hills East High School at 7pm to receive their plaques.

Congratulations to all winners!

Congratulations, Valentina Valle on winning the New York State Information Technology Services Chief Information Security Office's “Kids Safe Online” Poster Contest! The poster will help educate other students and adults about being safe online. In addition, winning entries will be displayed at the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY during the New York State Cybersecurity Conference in June. Special thanks to Ms. Teeter and Ms. Irizarry for collaborating and working with our students on this project!

 Nolan is the goalie for our combined middle school team with Half Hollow Hills and has been playing with them since he was in fifth grade. Nolan has won the Nassau County HS Hockey League Goalie of the Year for the Middle School Division. Nolan will be honored on May 8th at a league ceremony. 

Nolan has also been asked to play for the Spring Varsity level recreational team. He also plays for the Long Island Rebels travel team as well and helped get his team to States this year in February.

This school year our Nutrition Program will be providing both breakfast and lunch meals at no charge to all of our students. For school arrival each morning, we have placed kiosks at the different entrances to the building; each one stocked with breakfast choices for our students. The locations were chosen to make sure everyone can "grab" a quick breakfast and be on their way to homeroom in a timely fashion. 

Make your family mornings a bit less hectic and join us for breakfast !!
