Weekly Recap

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, there's no denying the energy in the air! While it's always bittersweet to watch the year wind down, this time of year is also one of the most exciting at Stimson Middle School. Our calendar is absolutely bursting with activities, celebrations, and milestones that highlight the hard work, growth, and achievements of our students and staff.
From award ceremonies and field trips to moving-up events, and classroom celebrations, there’s something happening almost every day. It's a time to reflect, celebrate, and look forward to the next chapter with pride and anticipation.
With so much happening, we encourage all families to stay informed. Please make a habit of checking our school website and calendar regularly so you don’t miss a moment of the fun or any important updates.
Let’s finish strong and make these last weeks the most memorable yet!

Student Spotlights

7th Graders are "Making Waves!"

Seventh grade Science students in Mrs. Foster, Mr. Gravina and Mrs. Knight's classes deepened their understanding of waves this past month. Students engaged with the content through a variety of modalities such as hands-on labs, simulations and a presentation project.

Stimson's School Psychologist, and Civil War buff, Dr. Corrado provided a fantastic presentation for our 7th grade Social Studies classes. Dr. Corrado led a discussion focused on the life of a soldier during the Civil War.

Welcome to Breakfast at Stimson

This school year our Nutrition Program will be providing both breakfast and lunch meals at no charge to all of our students. For school arrival each morning, we have placed kiosks at the different entrances to the building; each one stocked with breakfast choices for our students. The locations were chosen to make sure everyone can "grab" a quick breakfast and be on their way to homeroom in a timely fashion.

Make your family mornings a bit less hectic and join us for breakfast !!
