The excitement of Halloween Week is still buzzing in the halls of Stimson! We had a truly memorable week celebrating our community and school spirit.
Our Fall Festival Dance was a huge success and a wonderfully fun night! Students showed off their best moves and enjoyed an evening of festive celebration. The annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk was so inspiring! Seeing our students, staff, and families come together to walk in solidarity and raise awareness for such an important cause truly showcases the compassion and dedication of the Stimson community. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed!
Get ready for one of the most exciting weeks of the year as we celebrate our school's rich history! Get loud and show your maroon and white spirit at the Pep Rally this Friday! Following the Pep Rally, we will hold our special High Hold Games, celebrating 60 years of Henry L. Stimson Middle School! This tradition is a wonderful way to honor our past while building community for the future.
Please continue to check Parent Square and the Stimson Middle School website for all the latest news, updates, and specific event details!

Highhold Musical Performance by Stimson's Jazz Choir

To kick off the High Hold Games this year as well as the 60th anniversary of Stimson Middle School, the brand new Jazz Choir under the direction of Miss Orlando will take us back in time to 1965. They will perform one of the top billboard hits written that year. We won't give away the song right now, but come hear them on November 7th.

Stimson Honors U.S. Veterans

This year, as we pause to reflect, the Stimson community is filled with profound gratitude for the brave individuals who have defended our freedoms. We invite Stimson families to share the name(s) of a U.S. Military Veteran who holds a special and important place in your family's heart.
In a powerful display of respect and patriotism, we will be placing an American flag on the front lawn of Stimson for every single name submitted through this initiative. Each flag will stand as a proud symbol of service, sacrifice, and the enduring spirit of our nation.
Please take a moment to submit the name(s) of your cherished U.S. Military Veteran(s). Thank you for helping us honor these patriots and celebrate the unwavering commitment they have shown to our great country.

Cell Phone Policy Updates

Stimson students may not use their cell phones during the school day. Students MUST secure their phones in their lockers at the start of the school day where it will be stored until dismissal. We will be communicating this to students regularly throughout the month of September. As of October 1st, any student found with their cell phone during the school day will have their phone taken and held until the end of the day where they can pick it up at dismissal. If a student is found to have their phone a second time, their phone will be taken and held until a parent or guardian can pick it up from school. Additional instances will result in detention.
