As this special week unfolds, we want to take a moment to express a truly immense amount of gratitude for our entire Stimson community.
This week, leading into the Thanksgiving holiday, gives us a wonderful opportunity to reflect on all the good fortune and support we share. We are incredibly thankful for our wonderful students, whose energy, curiosity, and growth inspire us every single day. Seeing your enthusiasm in the classrooms and your kindness in the hallways is the greatest reward. We are also grateful for our dedicated staff, whose passion, commitment, and hard work create a nurturing and effective learning environment. Thank you for going the extra mile. Finally, we thank our supportive families. Your partnership in your student's education is invaluable, and we appreciate your continued encouragement, involvement, and trust in Stimson Middle School.
We hope you have a chance to pause, enjoy time with loved ones, and reflect on your own reasons for thanks this week.
While we cherish this moment of gratitude, we are also filled with excitement as the holiday season rapidly approaches! The shift in weather and the upcoming decorations are already beginning to create a festive atmosphere around the school. We look forward to sharing several exciting events and activities with you all in the coming weeks to celebrate the season!

We wish you all a restful, safe, and Happy Thanksgiving! We look forward to seeing our students refreshed and ready for an exciting December when they return.

Cell Phone Policy Updates

Stimson students may not use their cell phones during the school day. Students MUST secure their phones in their lockers at the start of the school day where it will be stored until dismissal. We will be communicating this to students regularly throughout the month of September. As of October 1st, any student found with their cell phone during the school day will have their phone taken and held until the end of the day where they can pick it up at dismissal. If a student is found to have their phone a second time, their phone will be taken and held until a parent or guardian can pick it up from school. Additional instances will result in detention.
