Stimson Spotlights

It was a busy week at Stimson Middle School, filled with moments of deep reflection and high energy. We were incredibly honored to host a very important visit from Holocaust survivor Marion Lazan, whose powerful story of resilience resonated with our entire community. The school spirit was soaring as we hosted two very exciting Stimson Challenger Basketball games, and all we can say is, let’s go Wildcats! Our students also had the chance to head over to Walt Whitman for a special preview of the Spring Musical, Pippin, while our Mathletes represented us well at the North Shore Math Competition. Our research students took an educational and meaningful trip to the Long Island National Cemetery, and earlier this morning, our National Junior Honor Society members officially set off for their exciting trip to Washington D.C. From academics and athletics to history and the arts, it was a wonderful week at Stimson!
