The winter coat pile-up in the hallways is finally thinning out as spring energy takes over Stimson. There is a definite buzz in the air this week that matches the brighter afternoons and the shift in momentum throughout the building.

We have several celebrations on the horizon to highlight the talent and hard work of our students, ranging from upcoming performances to end-of-year festivities. Keep an eye on the schedule so you do not miss out on the fun. Let us keep this positive spirit going as we head into the final stretch of the year.

Stimson students may not use their cell phones during the school day. Students MUST secure their phones in their lockers at the start of the school day where it will be stored until dismissal. We will be communicating this to students regularly throughout the month of September. As of October 1st, any student found with their cell phone during the school day will have their phone taken and held until a parent or guardian can pick it up from school. Additional instances will result in detention.

All Students enrolled in SHUFSD are eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch in the 25/26 school year!
