It was a fun week at Stimson Middle School as we wrapped up our final full week of classes. We celebrated our amazing eighth grade class with a series of unforgettable events, and we could not be prouder of our students.
Last week was all about honoring our eighth graders and making lifelong memories. We kicked things off with a wonderful morning celebration at the eighth grade breakfast, generously sponsored by our incredible PTA. Yearbook distribution followed, bringing plenty of smiles as students shared memories and collected signatures. Finally, the annual eighth grade dance was an amazing, high-energy night where lasting memories were made in our courtyard. A huge thank you to the PTA, staff, and parent volunteers who made these events possible.
This week, we shift our focus to finishing the academic year strong as final exams begin. We encourage all students to study hard and put their best foot forward. Looking ahead, the countdown is officially on for our eighth grade Moving Up ceremony on June 25th. Let us have a great week of testing and get ready to celebrate our graduates.

Cell Phone Policy Updates

Stimson students may not use their cell phones during the school day. Students MUST secure their phones in their lockers at the start of the school day where it will be stored until dismissal. We will be communicating this to students regularly throughout the month of September. As of October 1st, any student found with their cell phone during the school day will have their phone taken and held until a parent or guardian can pick it up from school. Additional instances will result in detention.
