Dear Stimson Families,
As the final bells ring and we officially wrap up the school year, we want to extend a massive thank you to our incredible students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. Together, you have made this another truly unforgettable year at Stimson Middle School!
Before we head into the break, let’s take a look back at some of the amazing highlights and milestones that defined our year.
This year marked the 60th Anniversary of Henry L. Stimson Middle School, and we loved honoring six decades of history, community, and Wildcat pride. In November, who could forget the energy and excitement of the Highhold Games? It was a wonderful day of teamwork, friendly competition, and school spirit to kick off the colder months.
Later in the year, the Stimson Independence Cup brought a fantastic display of athletic skill, strategy, and pure fun where our students brought their absolute best. We also celebrated award-winning achievements from academic excellence to character recognition, honoring so many of our Wildcats for going above and beyond. Our hallways and auditoriums were filled with incredible talent during our spectacular musical performances, from winter concerts to spring showcases. Beyond the big events, this year was defined by tons of fun and collaboration through daily moments, classroom projects, clubs, and field trips.
We hope all of our families take the time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the sunshine over the coming months. To our departing 8th graders, we wish you the absolute best in high school—you will always be a part of the Stimson family. To our returning students, we can't wait to see how much you grow by September!
